I understand the frustration all of you are experiencing this morning. After 2 hours and digging in, we have word that Ascend is trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible and currently working on it.
I appreciate your continued patience. I wish I was personally able to fix this for you all.

Problem ticket PRB-2 has been created. Ascend is not loading after an upgrade to the platform last night. We are actively engaged with their support and will post updates as we receive them.
- Clear the cache on your computer and then log back in to Ascend. After clearing the cache for myself I was able to log in to Ascend on my 3rd try successfully. It is slow but better than nothing. How to clear the cache
